Classification of Musical Instruments

The research-action project Classification of Musical Instruments presents a review of the classification of musical instruments by Hornbostel & Sachs (based on the Dewey Decimal Classification for libraries) from the perspective of library science and information science. Additionally, it applies the decimal classification structure to Latin American organology in its entirety.
